Nokkrar breytingar í skipulagi Hulduheima vegna enn hertra reglna í leikskólum

Í ljósi hertra reglna sem taka gildi á morgun eru nokkur atriði í skipulagi Hulduheima sem taka breytingum.

• Við tökum á móti börnunum í hurðinni. Við höfum nú málað merkingar í stéttina með tveggja metra millibili enda þurfum við að passa fjarlægðarmörkin. Við óskum eftir því að foreldrar haldi áfram að koma með grímur í byrjun og enda dags.

• Við biðjum foreldra að koma ekki með tengihluti, snuð eða annað í skólann sem ætlast er til að fari heim í enda dags. Næstu vikurnar höfum við það þannig að þessir hlutir verða kyrrsettir hér. Við sjáum um að þvo teppin og utan af koddum næsta skipti svo við þurfum ekki að senda það heim.

• Þar sem við erum að reyna að haga skipulagi þannig að foreldrar komi ekki inn í skólann er þægilegast fyrir alla að börnin fari heim í enda dags í þeim fatnaði sem þau klæðast í útiveru. Við óskum eftir því að foreldrar allra barna fari í gegnum garðinn til að sækja börnin í enda dags. Við bætum við starfsfólki í móttökuna á morgnana en í enda dags er einfaldlega ekki mannskapur til að hlaupa inn eftir einhverju sem foreldrar vilja fara með heim. Svo best er að börnin geti farið beint heim án viðkomu í fataherbergi.

• Ef sú staða kemur upp að veikindi eða fjarverur starfsmanna verða það miklar að öryggi barnanna er í húfi munum við í byrjun dags setja ósk á facebook um að þeir sem eigi þess kost haldi börnum sínum heima þann daginn vegna manneklu. Ef það ber ekki árangur munum við þurfa að hringja í foreldra og óska eftir að þeir sæki barnið/börnin í skólann þar sem ekki er hægt að tryggja öryggi barnanna með þeim mannafla sem mættur er til vinnu. Vonandi kemur ekki til þess og við losum okkur við þennan veirufjanda á næstu vikum

• • Since we are trying to organize so that parents do not enter the school, it is most convenient for everyone that the children go home at the end of the day in the clothes they wear outdoors. We request that parents go through the park to pick up the children at the end of the day. We add staff to the reception in the morning, but at the end of the day there is simply no staff to run in for something that parents want to take home. It is best that the children can go straight home without stopping in the dressing room.

• • If the situation arises that the illness or absence of employees becomes so great that the safety of the children is at stake, we will at the beginning of the day place a request on Facebook that those who have the opportunity to keep their children at home that day due to people. If this does not work, we will have to call the parents and request that they pick up the child / children at the school as it is not possible to ensure the safety of the children with the manpower that has come to work. Hopefully that will not happen and we will get rid of this virus enemy in the coming weeks
