Fræðsluyfirvöld á Akureyri hafa ákveðið að hafa skipulagsdag mánudaginn 2. nóvember í leik- og grunnskólum, tónlistarskólanum og frístundastarfi vegna hertra sóttvarnaaðgerða stjórnvalda. Þetta er gert svo starfsfólk skólanna fái svigrúm til að endurskipuleggja skólastarfið og tryggja að sóttvarnir verði eins vandaðar og kostur er.
Þriðjudaginn 3. nóvember verður starf leik-, grunn og tónlistarskóla samkvæmt breyttu skipulagi og nýrri reglugerð um sóttvarnir í leik- og grunnskólum.
